Of course. Once you have ridden with one of our drivers, you can name them in any future booking — subject to their schedule. Many of our members ride with the same chauffeur for years.
Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats are available at no charge. Note them in the special requests field at booking, or tell our concierge.
Every airport pickup is flight-tracked in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits — at no extra charge for the first sixty minutes after wheels-down. Beyond that, our standard hourly rate applies.

A 20% gratuity is included in every fare and goes directly to the chauffeur. Additional gratuity is welcome but never expected.
